Does the AI make things up?
No. It copies what is in the document and marks what it is not sure of. The agency reviews before publishing.
Does my clients’ data go to the AI?
When AI features are on, trip content, including names, is processed by Anthropic to produce the answers and is not used to train models. ID numbers, contacts, addresses, payment and health details are removed first. Read the privacy policy (in Portuguese)
What if the programme is very long?
It works, in about a minute, and the dashboard reminds the agency to review long programmes more carefully.
Do my clients have to install anything?
No. They get a link and open it on a phone, tablet or computer. If they want, they can save the trip to their home screen — it takes your agency’s icon, but it is always optional.
What if I change the trip after sending it?
Your client sees the new version next time they open it, without doing anything. No second email, no old files in circulation.
Does it work abroad, without internet?
Yes. Once it has been opened with a connection, the trip stays available offline, including any documents already viewed.
Who can see the trip page?
Only whoever has the link. It is a long address, impossible to guess, and each trip has its own. You can deactivate it at any time.
Can I reuse trips I have already built?
Yes. Save any trip as a template and start the next one already half done. The wording you always use lives in a library and drops in with one click.
How much does it cost?
A fixed price per agency, not per consultant. Jack is included in the Pro and Premium plans.
